We offer a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible products. This warranty covers:

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Chewing, scratching, or other damage caused by pets

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Clothing and wearables

  • Toys (non-consumable types)

Products such as food, treats, grooming supplies, or hygiene items are not covered under warranty due to health and safety concerns.

    If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

    • A replacement product

    • Store credit of equal value

    • A refund to your original payment method

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Shipping costs for returning defective products may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
