Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Opened food, custom-made products, or personal care items (e.g., shampoos) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
